Return & Refund Policy

At Art Your Glass, we hope you’ll be delighted with your shower screener, and understand that this may not always be the case.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 30 days of delivery at  info@artyourglass.com.au with a picture of the defective product. If your claim is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the item is confirmed defective. Please note it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
